I'll be shipped by First class and flat rate for domestic and international.

Shipping charges can not be calculated at the time of order. We will provide an estimate of your orders shipping charges on your online invoice estimate. You may continue with your order and we will contact you later with more shipping information. Accurate shipping charges will appear on your invoice which will be produced at the time your order is shipped and your payment is charged.

 Return/Exchange Policy:

Return/Exchange applies to CHIT CHAT HAWAI'I Direct online store Sales only. If you did not purchase your merchandise via CHIT CHAT ONLINE STORE Direct Sales, then please contact the vendor where it was originally purchased. All returned merchandise must have the original product tags and/or stickers in place and be returned in their original packaging.  

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

返品について

　　品質管理につきましては充分注意させていただいており，返品はご注文日時から14日以内のみ承っております。また，恐れ入りますが、返品の際の送料はお客様のご負担とさせていただいております。ご了承ください。
